Habitat for Humanity House Blessing

Delores & her 2 sons are now settled in their new home!  It’s time to have a celebration & bless the house.  Here are details:
Date:  Sunday, July 9
Time:  12:30-1:15
Address:  1947 North 36th St.

Come meet Delores & family if you haven’t already.  She worked many days with us along with her son Woody.  You’ll also see the results of our labor since last July when we began construction.

Reverend Laura from Brookfield Congregational United Church of Christ will officiate the brief blessing service.

Please RSVP so I can let Delores know approximately how many of us will attend.  Let me know any questions you may have.  Please carpool if you can.  Parking can sometimes be limited.  Hope to see all of you there!!!

Altar Flowers Needed
Altar flowers add so much to our Sunday morning worship experience, and we are inviting you to think about providing flowers sometime during the coming year. If you haven’t noticed, there’s a new 2017 altar flower calendar located in Fellowship Hall (on the side of the refrigerator by the sink). Think about a person you might like to honor, a special date you want to observe, a deceased loved-one you would like to remember by giving flowers. Please sign your name on the chart, along with what you want printed in the bulletin (flowers in honor, in memory of someone, or to celebrate a special day). Specific instructions are posted on the chart.
